The mission of the IT program at NCHS is to offer a variety of software and hardware classes as an internal part of the Career and Technology Education Department. The IT program is an elective 3-year program representing one
Carnegie unit that has been established to prepare students for transition to the world beyond high school that awaits them. The courses is designed to prepare students for careers in the rapidly expanding area of information technology. Class activities provide basic skill development in communication, problem solving, teamwork, work ethics and personal presentation. The instructor for this program is Mr. Laws, our assitant chapter advisor.
